Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or previous disputes.

Shipping

Rosely Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel their order.

However, in accordance with UK hygiene regulations, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned.

To be eligible for cancellation and refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can offer a replacement or refund.

Liability

Rosely Beauty is not responsible for improper use of products.
